Welcome at our IT competence team! You probably wonder what it means to be on board of the team? Well, we are involved in all projects related to collaboration solutions and applications. More specifically: we are now heavily focused on the transformation to the new digital workplace which means implementing O365 according to best practices. Our team is looking for a passionate and committed IT Support engineer (O365) to help us achieve our goals.

Our team is part of the Compressor Technique Information Services (CT-IS) department that is responsible for information systems within the Compressor Technique business area of Atlas Copco. We implement digital platforms and digital solutions for our customers, our suppliers, and our internal organization to optimize and automate processes.

Key challenges as a Support engineer (O365)

It’s your responsibility to deliver hands-on support for the end-users as well as to follow-up the O365 related incidents within the SLA’s as second line. Thanks to your accurate approach,you can migrate OnPrem Sharepoint sites to SharePoint On-line and create new sites, using modern pages, according defined templates.

Furthermore you are the sparring partner for the Technology Engineer and you guide the business in defining the new Sharepoint sites in line with the defined architecture. Technical preparation and implementation of new O365 apps are also part of your job.

Due to the high level of complexity, we are looking for someone with an in-depth knowledge of O365 (SharePoint on-line, PowerApps, Flow, etc.).

...as a Support engineer (O365)

You preferably have a master’s or a bachelor’s degree in ICT or equivalent. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with strong motivational and leadership skills who has experience in following domains:

  • Migrations to O365/SharePoint online
  • Creating SharePoint online sites

It’s an asset if you have experience in:

  • Using PowerApps & Flow
  • Discrete manufacturing business processes
  • Working in a large international company
  • Project management
