IT Project Engineer - Sales & Marketing Applications - CRM

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and committed IS/IT Project Engineer who can join our IT competence team. You will be involved in support, development and project activities related to Sales & Marketing applications. Due to the high level of complexity of the systems, this role requires solid analytical skills. You will have the opportunity to work in a highly motivated team in a challenging environment.

• You guarantee an excellent quality of the Sales & Marketing applications by providing support and resolving end-users'issues in an efficient and effective manner.
• You analyze business requirements, write up functional and technical specs, develop and test programs.
• You participate in projects, providing support and/or development expertise.

What we expect of you?

• An excellent knowledge of English is required
• A university or bachelor degree in ICT or equivalent
• Knowledge of SAP, C4C or other
• Understanding of and experience with software support processes
• Result oriented, quality focused in terms of processes and have a proactive mindset
• Customer focused, enthusiastic and professional
• Open to work in global team with a mix of different cultures
• Team player and encourage knowledge sharing between colleagues
